I will immediately rent a premium room for one person, located in the building at ul. Komputerowa 8 in Mokotów.

The 16 m2 room includes: a kitchenette with a fridge, a sink, a microwave, an induction hob and a hood, a bathroom with a washing machine, a fold-out sofa with a comfortable mattress on a frame and a large Ikea PAX wardrobe .

The building is located on the outskirts of the "Mordor" business district, a 10-minute walk from Galeria Mokotów. In the immediate vicinity there are several grocery stores, a bakery, restaurants, a cafe, a hairdresser and barber, and a parcel locker.
There are bus stops in the area (lines 317, 402, 365, 504) and tram stops (17 and 18), providing good connection to the metro, the Faculty of Management of the University of Warsaw, SGGW and Chopin Airport.

The rent is PLN 2,500. Fast internet included in the price. Utilities (fixed and counter fees) in the amount of approximately PLN 250-400 are added to the rent (the final amount depends on consumption). A deposit of PLN 3,000 is required.

The contract is signed until September 30, 2024.

In the absence of work, a Polish guarantor is required.

If you are not registered in Poland, the rent is PLN 400 more expensive or the deposit is x2.
