We offer new and fully-equipped single room for rent in a newly-built building situated in the heart of the University of Lodz Campus.

Situated at Matejki st. gives the access to the most of the University of Lodz Departments within a few minutes walk. Tram and bus stops situated at Pomorska st. (3 minutes walk) gives a chance to reach easily any part of Lodz using the public transport. Additionally, in the close vicinity there are shops, delis, restaurants, parks, public bike stations and much more. Reaching the A1 Highway takes about 15 minutes.

Each room is fully equipped with the high-quality and comfortable furniture. We paid the great attention to provide tenants with the equipment allowing both work, learn and rest comfortably. Fully equipped kitchen, restroom and the hall with the spacious wardrobe  complete the apartment. Room equipped with SMART TV.

This offer is directed to students and working persons. The other tenants are people between 20 and 35 years old

-          NO EXTRA AND HIDDEN COSTS

Our idea is to provide the space to live without extra problematic and time-consuming activities for the tenants. Therefore, in the rent fee plus the media ( 300 EUR/month total) except of the room you have the access to the high-speed Internet and TV

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS:

-          No smoking allowed, neither in apartment nor on the corridor

-          No pets allowed

-          There is a chance to rent a parking spot in the underground parking lot

-          There is a chance to park the bike in the underground parking lot at no extra cost

-          The building is equipped with elevator

Room is available from September 2024. Deposit 300 EUR.  Minimum rental time – 6 months.
